Chris Buyse (permanent representative of Sofia BVBA), Independent director
Chris Buyse is the permanent representative of Life Sciences Research Partners, the investment vehicle of Desiré Collen. He is currently Chief Financial Officer and executive director of Thrombogenics, a Belgian public company listed on the Brussels stock exchange.
He was previously CFO of the Belgian biotechnology company CropDesign where he coordinated its acquisition by BASF in early 2007. Chris holds also directors positions in other Belgian Biotech company including Promethera.
